Abstract The current research was based on a descriptive and analytical presentation of the subject of strategic wake and its role in achieving indicators of career maturity to enhance the status of the investigated organization (Mobile Telecommunications Company/ Zain Iraq ) and to ensure its advantage by taking advantage of opportunities and avoiding threats in its competitive environment. The significant effect between the dimensions of strategic wake and indicators of career maturity using the questionnaire distributed to the sample of the researcher (30 respondents) of the decision-makers at various administrative levels and the research reached a set of conclusions that confirm anoah most of the link and impact relationships, and a set of proposals necessary for the organization surveyed, including the company,s need for more attention in order to activate and modernize the structure of the establishment of specialized units to research and development of sensing sudden movements to enable them to reply and respond to what is happening in the market work.

 

Abstract TQM is a comprehensive philosophical and administrative framework in organization in general and universities in particular because of their strategic role in upgrading the scientific level of universities by making education in conformity with the standards of academic and global accreditation on the one hand and the satisfaction of faculty members and students alike. In light of this, the study aims to clarify the reality of implementing TQM stages at the Jihan National University in Erbil. After studying the university's reality and personal visits conducted by the research, data and information were collected through the use of (90) questionnaires were designed for this purpose. 110 questionnaire forms were distributed to the faculty members of the researched institution, and their total recoveries were retrieved (6) forms that are not valid for analysis. After the data collection was analyzed by the SPSS. To the conclusion of the most important in the planning stage as the participation of faculty members in the development of the foundation of planning and change an important role and effective in adopting new ideas in order to overcome the difficulties and solve problems that hinder the functioning of educational and administrative processes within the institution, To submit a set of proposal that are commensurate with the nature of the study, the most important of which is the need to invest experiences and successes in the exchange and dissemination of experiences achieved by the implementation of the previous four stages.

 

Abstract The present research is an attempt to highlight the impact of the organizational climate on the quality of customer service in Sulaymaniyah International Airport. We attempt to analyse the impact of organizational climate and quality of customer services, also their dimensions (Organizational structure, Leadership style, Communication, Participate in decision-making and technology) affect the quality of customer service in organization researched. Data were collected from 50 employees and 35 customers through convenience random sampling method, we used to use two different types of questionnaires organizational climate was the one which answered by the staff of the institution, whereas information which related to the quality of service has depended on the customer's opinions. Analysis of data was done by using Likert scale Quintet for analysis, questionnaire forms have been analysed by using statistical software (SPSS). Results revealed a significant influence of technology on the quality service while did not show significant role of other dimensions. Researchers suggest that it’s significantly important to management in the airport to use technology in their performance, also providing the service to customer, furthermore the provision of services to customers and benefit of the techniques and technology and keep abreast of developments.

 

Abstract The present research aims to analyze the relationship between social networking sites represented by Facebook and pink marketing. A number of research questions have been formulated that reflect the research problem, in light of which the objectives and importance of the research were determined, In order to achieve these objectives, a questionnaire was designed to include (20) paragraphs to collect primary data from the sample of the research consisting of (46) individual respondents, distributed these forms to a group of shops selling women's clothing in the city of Dohuk, In the light of this, data collection and analysis of hypotheses were collected using the statistical package (SPSS). Several statistical methods were used to achieve the research objectives. The research reached a number of conclusions:1.The results of the analysis showed that there is a correlation between the social networking sites (facebook) and the pink marketing, as well as the existence of a correlation between them.In the light of that, a number of proposals were made:1.Encourage sales organizations to create pages for them on Facebook and use them in the promotion and sale of their products in order to keep abreast of technological developments in the field of marketing.2. Attention to women customers as they represent the largest percentage in making purchasing decisions, as well as different needs and desires of men.

 

Abstract Workers' remittances as a relatively stable external flow compared with other external flows, have formed a growing phenomenon over the last decades, Most recent studies and researches have shown That remittances can be caused by economical ,social and financial effects of the indicators receiving countries, Notwithstanding the importance of remittances, they still suffer from some negligence and failure to invest efficiently because of: high transmission cost and loss of part of its value, which reduce the momentum accompanied, Researches have reached many recommendations, Perhaps the most important of which is that the rises of remittance as important as diversification where the sustainability of these amounts with will not be final, the most important is to find private channels and low cost for transit and then redirecting the remittances

 

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigateThe impact of fluctuations in the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar in some of the indicators of the Iraqi market for securities by using Johansen’s methodology in cointegration analysis and Granger causality, to study the nature and direction of the dynamic relationship between the exchange market and the stock market in Iraqi economy for the period (1992 - 2012), In order to take measures to reduce its negative effects on the performance of the Iraqi market for securities and take advantage of the positive features of these fluctuations, The results of the assessment revealed the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar and the indicators for the Iraqi stock market during the study period. As Granger test pointed out that the causal relationship is heading from exchange rates to index market capitalization.Based on the conclusions, the researcher recommends the need to follow the fluctuations in currency exchange rates and predict future values in order to take measures to reduce the negative effects in financial market indicators and to take advantage of the positive characteristics of these fluctuations. The establishment of active and effective centers within the Iraqi market for securities allows investors to see the actions taken by the Central Bank of Iraq on the rates of exchange rates so that investors can take decisions to buy and sell securities.

 

Abstract The aim of this study is to analysis the effect of dividend policies in capitalist returner of stock, It depended on two main hypotheses showing the presence of a statistically significant relationship between dividend policies and capitalist returner of stock, but it different according to marginal variables of these policies and the presence of statistically significant effect between dividend policies and capitalist returner of stock that has a different degree of effects according to marginal variables of these policies.This study depended on (the percentage of dividend per share, percentage of retained earnings share) as independent variables that reflects dividend policies, and capitalist returner of stock as accredited variables. and these hypotheses were tested on a sample of business companies registered at Amman Stock Exchange and it included (30) industrial companies that had the dividend policy to share holders during the period (2001-2008).To achieve the aims of this study an analytic system was conducted by using a group of financial tools that included financial percentages and statistical tools that included (Mean, Standard deviation, Correlation, Regression, Least square method, and Weighted least square method) (SPSS) was used for analysis.The study has reached several conclusions: The most important of them were, there is a statistically significant relation between dividend policies and capitalist returner of stock, the presence of statistically significant effect of dividend policies and capitalist returner of stock.Also the effect retained earnings share is more than the effect of dividend per share.The study has reaches several recommendations: The most important of them were, the importance of the dividend policies because it is effect a good in capitalist returner of stock.

 

Abstract The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship and effect between ownership structure and earnings management on sample consist of (15) Iraqi corporate banks which listed in Iraq stock exchange for five consecutive year for the period (2011-2015), ownership structure measured through two variables which are managerial ownership and share ownership, this study used also transparency as boost variable to the relationship between ownership structure and earning management with employed bank size and leverage as control variables. To test the research hypothesis, kothary model (Kothari, Leone & Wasley,2005) were used to measure earning management which is captured by discretionary accruals with multivariable regression model to test each of managerial ownership and share ownership with earning management in banks under study. The results in which indicate discretionary accruals are positively affected by managerial ownership and share ownership. Which mean that’s the results indicated that increasing earning management lead by increasing managerial ownership and share ownership, this indicate the existing significant role to limit earning management practices. In addition that transparency work as a supporter to the relationship between each of ownership structure and earning management, consider that fully supporter to the relationship between share ownership and partially supporter to managerial ownership with earning management, This study gives some suggestions. The first is the necessity of increasing the financial monitory by the specialized institutions and publishing the financial reports of the Iraqi banks that go with the international accounting standards and policies.

 

Abstract In this paper the researcher attempts to illustrate the use of stochastic process method, to formulate a general rule for its application in different fields that allow us to use primary information. For this purpose the transition matrices of rank 8 * 8 were used, conditional probability matrix and case rate estimation. The time series data of 200 patients from the Republican Hospital in Erbil have been used, who had tooth decay or loss during the period 2013-2016. The result shows that, the probability of total (patients) losing their teeth equals 0.66. While, the probability of path which lids to ending this process, tooth decay (losing teeth) equals 0.68. Which are caused by either decay in premolar or canine surface of the vertical or in lateral, status (abb). The researcher proves that the method of stochastic process (Markov chains) is the appropriate method for this type of application.

 

Abstract The idea of the research is to find robust estimator for linear regression model in the case of presence of outliers value that make traditional methods like OLS sensitive towards outliers and non resistance, an estimation methods are used traditional method OLS and robust method M,MM,S,R,LTS,LMS ,GM we find that OLS,M,MM methods has breakdown point zero were other robust methods has 0.5 breakdown point which is R,S,LTS,LMS,GM and there variance not high and minimum MSE were the best to use them in the stat of outliers for all size of samples.
