Abstract The research aims at identifying the level of the entrepreneurship organizations and the strategic performance in general and at each level of their dimensions, and testing the relationship of correlation and influence between the entrepreneurship organizations and strategic performance. The problem of research was the role of the entrepreneurship organizations in enhancing the strategic performance in Diyala General Company of Electrical Industries. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and 60 samples were distributed of the sample. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program for the purpose of testing the research hypotheses. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was the relationship of relationship and influence between the entrepreneurship organizations and the strengthening of the strategy. The research concluded with a set of appropriate recommendations.

Abstract The current research seeks to identify the level of interest of the researched organization (Asiacell Telecom / Najaf Branch) in sustainable leadership and strategic leadership, as well as to identify the role that sustainable leadership can contribute to achieving leadership according to a strategic vision in the researched organization. The research adopted the questionnaire form as a main tool for collecting data and information, which included (27) items distributed among the research variables, by (15) items for the dimensions of sustainable leadership (coherent diversity, organizational justice, employee development, work-life balance, orientation towards progress). And (12) a paragraph on the dimensions of strategic leadership (bearing risks, seizing opportunities, creativity, entrepreneurial culture). The questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of employees of the Asia Cell Communications Company, Najaf branch, as (40) forms were distributed and (34) forms valid for statistical distribution were retrieved, so that the research sample was (34) employees. The research tested two main hypotheses. Through them, he reached a number of conclusions, most notably, there is a clear impact of the dimensions of sustainable leadership in achieving strategic leadership in the organization in question.

Abstract The aim of the current research is to show the impact that sustainable operations management can play in enhancing organizational longevity in the State Company for the Pharmaceutical Industry and Medical Appliances in Samarra In order to achieve this, the dimensions of sustainable operations management (economic operations management, social operations management, environmental operations management, and knowledge operations management) were adopted, While the dimensions of organizational longevity represented by (organizational learning, organizational innovation, and organizational identity) were adopted. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the completion of this research, and it included answering the questions related to the research problem by testing a number of main and secondary hypotheses regarding correlation and influence relationships. A questionnaire was designed to collect the necessary data, and a simple intentional stratified sample of (103) individuals was selected, represented by the administrative leaders in the General Company for the Pharmaceutical Industry and Medical Supplies in Samarra, The statistical program (SPSS V. 26) was used to extract the results. This research reached a set of conclusions regarding the management of sustainable operations, most notably that it has a positive and effective impact that occurs due to internal and external environmental factors in enhancing organizational longevity, Which was represented by the validity of the research hypotheses and the validity of the hypothetical model in the presence of a link and an impact on managing sustainable operations on organizational longevity.  

Abstract The concern for the environment and sustainable development has become one of the issues that occupy the world, as Iraq has witnessed, as is the rest of the world, many transformations in all fields and at various political, social, cultural levels ... and others, which had a great impact on the environment, which contributed to the depletion of resources and the increase in severity Pollution, which prompted the state to protect the environment in a preventive manner before environmental damage occurred. Administrative control in particular with its multiple powers is one of the most important means of law in protecting the environment, and that the issue of achieving sustainable development within the framework of administrative law is almost non-existent or very limited compared to other branches of law that It has a great role in reducing the problems of environmental pollution, which threatens life on Earth in its present and future, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the weakness of the legal treatment of it due to the laxity of the competent administrative control authorities in implementing and activating the provisions of environmental legislation, and the lack of necessary means and capabilities and their weakness in achieving what is required The idea of sustainable development .  

Abstract The current study aimed to determine the nature and level of the correlation and influence relationship between green management practices at the macro and micro levels and sustainable development at the macro level، based on the design of a practical scheme based on two main hypotheses، from which four sub-hypotheses are branched، in order to test them statistically by the statistical program (23 .SPSS Ver). The study was applied in the North Oil Company on an intentional sample of (70) individuals. The study reached a set of conclusions، the most important of which is the existence of a direct correlation with a statistical significance between green management practices at the macro and micro levels، and sustainable development at the macro level، in addition to the existence of a statistically significant effect of green management practices at the macro and micro levels in sustainable development at the macro level. . Based on the conclusions of the study، the researcher was able to formulate a number of recommendations، the most important of which is to encourage companies in general and productivity in particular to adopt this important and vital approach that plays a strategic role in preserving natural resources and protecting the environment through the proper use of diverse resources.  

Abstract E-Learning has become today a crucial element for transforming some of the countries of the world into an information society. E-learning indeveloping countries is no longer a normal thing compared to developed countries. Student behavior research has shown disappointing results regarding the extensive use of the web for online learning. As the use of the Internet continues to grow in all aspects of daily life, there is an increasing need to better understand the trends in Internet use, to study barriers and the problem of adopting e-learning. Consequently, the purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the contribution of the technology acceptance model (TAM) to the adoption of e-learning by measuring external changes such as age, gender, scientific specialization, computer efficiency and its impact on perceived benefit and ease of use. The data of this study was collected through a survey conducted for students in University of Mosul, a total of 50 questionnaires were submitted to the surveyed community.  

Abstract The study aimed to follow-up green management processes at the level of the organization and society, where the problem of the study crystallized in the fact that trade organizations in the environment of a changing environment in various fields Which led to a shift in the methods of management and competition, which called for organizations, especially the research organization, to adopt green management, which leads to achieving sustainability in business, reducing effort damage and the damage resulting from it, and using it to promote new ways of providing products and services to meet the intensity of competition and changes in management methods and methods. The research aims to attract the attention of the administrative leaders in the surveyed organizations to green management and use it in promoting sustainable innovation. A hypothesis scheme was prepared, main and subsidiary hypotheses were formulated and tested using the SPSS program. An intentional sample consisting of (60) people from the administrative leaders of the United Bank for Investment was withdrawn, and the questionnaire was used for the purpose of obtaining data, and (60) questionnaires were distributed and (55) were retrieved, of which are valid for analysis. The most important conclusions reached by the research is that the bank management is aware of the importance of sustainable development completely, This indicates that this force is highly influential in providing bank services in order to achieve a competitive advantage through its relative importance, as this dimension came at the first level in terms of relative importance in influencing the achievement of sustainable innovation.  

Abstract In recent years, the interest of banks in the relationship with customers has increased, as it is a very important factor for their success, and the challenge facing the bank is the way to retain customers with the most profitability and how to do it at the lowest cost. At the same time, they need to find and implement this solution quickly and more flexibly. The usage of classical methods in data mining in order to detect fraud in various fields, especially, financial. It calls for more complex requirements and takes more time in dealing with different areas of knowledge such as law, economics, business and financial practices. Fraud cases can be similar in content and appearance, but they are usually not identical. The decision tree is used in addition to other methods, which are data mining methods that will be used in the banking sectors and that provide the right product for the right customer with fewer risks. Credit risks such as loan defaults are the main source of risks faced by the banking sector, as data mining methods such as classification and forecasting can be applied to overcome these risks to a large extent or reduce their negative effects. This research presents a forecasting model that serves workers in the banking sector and banks to predict customers who apply for loans from banks and banks. In this research, two models were used to predict the repayment of loans in Iraqi banks, the first is the logistic regression model, which is considered a classic method for forecasting, and the second method is the decision tree method based on the PYTHON program, as the prediction accuracy of the two models was calculated. The tree decision is the best in predicting loan repayments.  

Abstract The Mixed Exponential Distribution is one of the important probability distributions used in the celebrated engineering and statistical fields, and this research focused on the comparison between some common estimation methods represented by the method of Maximum likeihood, method of least squares and method of of Percentiles estimations, and that the research methodology depends on a study Theoretically, the estimation methods were derived in detail to arrive at formulas for the estimations of these methods for the parameters of the mixed exponential distribution. The data of the energy consumed from electricity was used, which represents the actual monthly consumption of electric energy in Muqdadiya district for the years (2017,2018,2019) in megawatts, knowing that the consumption in all Its types (commercial and governmental) and then using the mean square error (MSE) criterion to compare these methods. ) in the year (2017) and (0.1221) in the year (2018), and in the year (2019), the fractional estimators method was the best as it had the lowest mean error (0.0625) This indicates that it is the best method of estimation for this year, and after testing the data used for the consumed amount of electrical energy in the station and using the Boxplot in the (spss) program, it was reached that there was only one abnormal value in the year (2017) and the absence of any abnormal values in The years (2018 and 2019), the researcher recommended that the use of ordinary methods such as the moment and new Bayes method and the use of different distributions and comparison with them and the use of good-matching tests to reach the best distribution among them to find out the lowest consumed energies of electrical energy.  

Abstract The study focused on the effect of the official and parallel exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar and the domestic product on the growth rate for the period from 1990 to 2019. And previous studies, and the study concluded that there is an inverse relationship with a statistical significance between the government and parallel exchange rate, the total output and the growth rate.
