Abstract
The current study aimed to determine the nature and level of the correlation and influence relationship between green management practices at the macro and micro levels and sustainable development at the macro level، based on the design of a practical scheme based on two main hypotheses، from which four sub-hypotheses are branched، in order to test them statistically by the statistical program (23 .SPSS Ver). The study was applied in the North Oil Company on an intentional sample of (70) individuals. The study reached a set of conclusions، the most important of which is the existence of a direct correlation with a statistical significance between green management practices at the macro and micro levels، and sustainable development at the macro level، in addition to the existence of a statistically significant effect of green management practices at the macro and micro levels in sustainable development at the macro level. . Based on the conclusions of the study، the researcher was able to formulate a number of recommendations، the most important of which is to encourage companies in general and productivity in particular to adopt this important and vital approach that plays a strategic role in preserving natural resources and protecting the environment through the proper use of diverse resources.
