Abstract

The current research seeks to identify the level of interest of the researched organization (Asiacell Telecom / Najaf Branch) in sustainable leadership and strategic leadership, as well as to identify the role that sustainable leadership can contribute to achieving leadership according to a strategic vision in the researched organization. The research adopted the questionnaire form as a main tool for collecting data and information, which included (27) items distributed among the research variables, by (15) items for the dimensions of sustainable leadership (coherent diversity, organizational justice, employee development, work-life balance, orientation towards progress). And (12) a paragraph on the dimensions of strategic leadership (bearing risks, seizing opportunities, creativity, entrepreneurial culture). The questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of employees of the Asia Cell Communications Company, Najaf branch, as (40) forms were distributed and (34) forms valid for statistical distribution were retrieved, so that the research sample was (34) employees. The research tested two main hypotheses. Through them, he reached a number of conclusions, most notably, there is a clear impact of the dimensions of sustainable leadership in achieving strategic leadership in the organization in question.
