Abstract
The research aims at identifying the level of the entrepreneurship organizations and the strategic performance in general and at each level of their dimensions, and testing the relationship of correlation and influence between the entrepreneurship organizations and strategic performance. The problem of research was the role of the entrepreneurship organizations in enhancing the strategic performance in Diyala General Company of Electrical Industries. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and 60 samples were distributed of the sample. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program for the purpose of testing the research hypotheses. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was the relationship of relationship and influence between the entrepreneurship organizations and the strengthening of the strategy. The research concluded with a set of appropriate recommendations.
