Abstract It is known that the loyalty of individuals to their organizations increases with care departments of these organizations of their own. In order to achieve that goal the administration to improve the use of the mechanisms that cause an increase that loyalty in one way or another.
On this, the process of supporting social service is one of these mechanisms, have sought current research to measure the relationship between support for social service and loyalty of individuals working in health organizations using form for the questionnaire as a tool head for the collection of information from the nurses in hospitals son ether and the Republican and who express a sample of research and society , and after the study and analysis of research found a number of conclusions, including :
1 - there is a strong correlation between social support and organizational loyalty .
2 - Effect of a relationship between Uncle moral social and organizational loyalty .
Alboukt recommended, as well as a number of recommendations including:
1 - the need to continue in the interest Pttaar and improve the performance of health institutions by maintaining strengths enjoyed by and developed, and overcome the weaknesses are experiencing and to provide more support for services that meet the needs of workers within the institution and in a form which pays workers for loyalty largely to their organization constantly
2 - to continue to educate employees in order to increase their participation in achieving the positive goals of the institution .

Abstract The research aims at identifying the role and importance of knowledge management in the process of making strategic decisions and vitality that relate to the problems of strategy and multi-dimensional and of great depth and complexity, and this kind of decision requires a capacity study for the analysis of the future that deal with all eventualities and discussed. Thus, the decision makers are the reason for the failure or success of their organization is still the head of intellectual capital in place, the first as the reason for these developments are the product of human thought in the contemporary knowledge society.
To achieve the objectives of the research questionnaire was developed and distributed by hand and by the rules and information networks on a sample of managers of economic .

Al- Mustansriya University and internet in other side the field frame it done according on the way of collection information by questionnaire designed for this purpose and distributed on the society research with interview responsible of the two company above as a tools to collect the datas and repetition the day and monthly production reports and sketens also available reports design to work units and the production steps. The research reaching to amore results are :
1- unsuitable situations in spite of sited in the industrial region .
2- appeared that principle of the continues improvement more rules activities between three rules (continues improvement , workers participation , customer satisfied).

Abstract This study, based on research and analysis, had dealt with a subject directly related to banks and financial institutions’ activity, as they depend, in practicing their banking operations, on the deposit money they keep. as they must implement their own policies for the purpose of granting credit and the resulting risks may affect the bank's if these things precautions for making it a must on the bank to take a package of measures that reduce the credit risk and therefore provide the necessary liquidity to implement its other activities and then to achieve and increase profits.

That is why this study has addressed a range of key things on the subject of bank credit, including:
(What are the methods and policies pursued by the bank to give him the various loans in order to reduce risks)?
Here it is possible to divide this fundamental question to be several sub-questions as follows:
1- What are the types of banks?
2 - What are loans? What are the procedures and criteria used to grant it?
3 - What are the risks faced by the bank in the granting of the loan?
4 - What are the guarantees required by the bank to cover these risks?
5 - What are the types of bank loans granted by the sample and what are the actions taken by him to give him a loan.

Abstract The research aims to Know the extent of using computers in Iraqi commercial Banks in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of applying the internal control system , this research also aims to assurance from the extent fit and suitable circum stances to achieve active control system . achieving these aims It was designing a questionnaire distributed on sample of the study .Which represents all the Iraqi commercial Banks management in Basra Governorate . according to the result of the study. such as :
1 – The internal control system in the Iraqi commercial Banks are active and efficient in term of maintenance of equipment and programs .
2 – The trainings techniques’ used by the employees in the commercial bank are efficient
3 – The employees show a general acceptance of computer system .
4 – No specialization exist in work .
Based on finding of study the research represented many recommendations, the important recommendations embodied in :
1 – Working for applying training programs increasing are efficient for the employees in Iraqi commercial Banks to make a good staff .
2 – Working for increasing the specialization in Iraqi Banks to increase the efficiency and effective in using computers .

Abstract This research came to demonstrate the role that can be perform by water demand management in poverty alleviation, the research had also offer the reality of water resources, and how to use, with display the size of demand for it, also the analytical part has include the display of poverty indices in Arab countries, the research has found that the Arab Region suffers severely from a lack in their water resources, with the poor efficiency in the management of demand for these resources, in time of increasing water demand due to the population growth in Arab countries, the climate changes which hit the whole world has left an important impacts on the water's level, in terms of decreasing rainfall rates and the river's level, which have a direct impact in increasing the poor's suffering and increase their conditions badly, and the most recommendations which made by the research is, the need for an agreements make by the Arab countries for sharing the river's water with the coastal States on the common rivers, and also the Arab countries need to apply the integrated management systems of water resources, and adopt the economic and social foundations for the use of water, and adopt an advanced methodologies to assess the effects of climate change.

It goes without saying that Egypt is famous for two things in the outside world two main pyramids and cotton, which is called "white gold".
Which means that the reputation of Egyptian cotton abroad equivalent to the reputation of the pyramids. Abstract The process of estimating the influence of monetary and financial policies on the performance of commercial bank has gained increasing importance since commercial bank have an eminent position in the economic field via its vital role in providing financial resources and performing various banking services for all national economic sectors. This is done to develop the process of economic growth first and for the role of estimation process in achieving efficiency by using the resources obtainable in the hands of the commercial bank, and to judge its rouge of success in achieving the planned objective . These must be in complete accordance with the targeted credit and monetary policy requirements to achieve monetary stabilization since it is specified as one of the obligatory basic elements that ensures the continuity of economical growth with the desired results .
Here we suggest using the Stepwise method in estimating the influence of monetary and financial policies on the performance of commercial banks.
This is what we have tried to achieve with the application on modern data in the practical section of this research.

Abstract This paper research about method choice a samples in spatial statistics and using this samples in estimation operation in non-measured area , since there tow types from spatial samples which concluded take up in this paper as a point sample and area sample , since for any type method for choice him , that after definition bounded statistics which have terms this sample it is necessary to be in spatial space , and we using kriging technique in estimation operation in non-measured , moreover calculation kriging estimator variance and kriging variance .we application this paper on our country (Iraq) from (15) governorate in field farming wheat and it is real data, then we programmed all results of mathematical operation by matlab language.

Abstract In this paper one of the Box- Jenkins time series models has been applied to forecast the average of the monthly sales in the period 2003 - 2009 in Kirkuk Industry Cement.
From the estimated autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation coefficients it found that the time series of sales are nearly stationary and contains the effect of seasonality.
To select the best model using Minimum value for Mean Squared Error Criterion (Mse) & Minimum value for Akaikes Information Criterion (AIC). It appear that the Model ARIMA (2،1،2), is applicable for predict the monthly sales for the period until 2013.
