Abstract

It is known that the loyalty of individuals to their organizations increases with care departments of these organizations of their own. In order to achieve that goal the administration to improve the use of the mechanisms that cause an increase that loyalty in one way or another.
On this, the process of supporting social service is one of these mechanisms, have sought current research to measure the relationship between support for social service and loyalty of individuals working in health organizations using form for the questionnaire as a tool head for the collection of information from the nurses in hospitals son ether and the Republican and who express a sample of research and society , and after the study and analysis of research found a number of conclusions, including :
1 - there is a strong correlation between social support and organizational loyalty .
2 - Effect of a relationship between Uncle moral social and organizational loyalty .
Alboukt recommended, as well as a number of recommendations including:
1 - the need to continue in the interest Pttaar and improve the performance of health institutions by maintaining strengths enjoyed by and developed, and overcome the weaknesses are experiencing and to provide more support for services that meet the needs of workers within the institution and in a form which pays workers for loyalty largely to their organization constantly
2 - to continue to educate employees in order to increase their participation in achieving the positive goals of the institution .
