For the period 2010-2017, using the Pearson correlation model and the legal correlation model, and it was concluded that this correlation in the interbank market helped the spread of the Greek sovereign debt crisis, so it is necessary to set limits for the banks ’transactions among them in such a market.

Abstract This research, which dealt with the analysis of the relationship between the money supply and some of the macroeconomic variables (public spending, apparent unemployment), aims to uncover the effects that the money supply has on some of the macroeconomic variables in Iraq. Therefore, the money supply can affect the economic variables, and this has been proven by the standard tests, as the results of the study showed an integrative relationship between the independent variable represented by the money supply and the dependent variables (government spending and apparent unemployment)The money supply has an effect on public spending through the VECM model with a two-causal relationship through the granger test, along with a strong direct relationship through the correlation matrix between the money supply and public spending, and the results of the research revealed an inverse relationship between the money supply variable and virtual unemployment Through this relationship, the monetary authority can influence these economic variables to achieve economic stability.

The Impact of (COVID-19) on Global Economy
Pages 307-323
Dr. Nazar S. Al-Qahwachi, Dr. Muhammad Akram Tehreem Riaz
Abstract Since the COVID-19 diagnosed as a pandemic, it has spread to over 200 countries and all U.S. states. The pandemic is negatively effecting global economic growth beyond anything experienced in nearly a century. Estimates so far indicate the virus could trim global economic growth by %3 to % 6 in 2020. The economic fallout from the pandemic raises the risks of a global economic recession with levels of unemployment not experienced since the Great Depression of the 1930s. The human costs in terms of lives lost will permanently effect global economic growth in addition to the cost of rising levels of poverty, lives upended, careers derailed, and increased social unrest. Global trade could also fall by 13% to 32%, depending on the depth and extent of the global economic downturn, exacting an especially heavy economic toll on trade-dependent developing and emerging economies. The full impact will not be known until the effects of the pandemic peak.

Abstract The issue of estimating the rainfall rate is one of the important issues that need to be studied and analyzed through the interrelationship between the years and the rate of rain. The precipitation was from (1993 to 2019), and the lowest rainfall was 154 mm and the highest was 1137 mm. We classified the data into four categories (dry state, low state, and normal state, high state) and the results of the predictions were a Markov matrix in 28 years Next, the percentage of precipitation will be in the normal state and high, which means that it will be between (551 to 1137) milliliters, and this is a good indicator of the increase in the water revolution in the Kurdistan region.

Mohammed Dhannoon Mohammed, Bashar Ahmed Al-Iraqi
Abstract Corruption causes a shift in the composition of public finances toward seigniorage and, as a result, lowers growth. Corruption manifests itself in the embezzlement of public funds, increasing the government's dependence on seigniorage financing. This results in a rise in inflation, which decreases capital accumulation and growth. This study aims to diagnose the effect that corruption can have on influencing the Seigniorage in four non-oil Arabic countries (Jordan, Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco), and adopted the Balanced Panel Data methodology for each of the two groups and for the period (2002-2015) as a model to prove this. The results of the estimate revealed that corruption has not been able to demonstrate its moral impact on the return on cash issuance for both groups of countries.
