Abstract
In the light of the rapid developments and increasing competition in the business environment today, increasing the Attempts of institutions to learn how to excellence in the provision of services, and therefore the study aimed to identify the impact of excellence in the management of operations in competitiveness, in addition to determine whether organizational culture plays a modified role In this relationship, the study model and hypotheses were constructed based on the literature of the study and previous studies were used in the development of study measures. A questionnaire was designed to collect study data, where 63 questionnaires were distributed, of which 52 were retrieved. Bar Crow Alfa, use the track method and modeling the structural equation to test hypotheses. The study reached a number of results, the most important of them: The existence of the impact of excellence in the management of operations in competitiveness and that entrepreneurial culture modifies the relationship between excellences in operations management in competitiveness,
