Abstract

The current research aims at presenting a theoretical framework for the concept of e-purchasing procurement and describing and diagnosing the requirements in the factory under study, namely, (supporting the senior management, Infrastructure, education and training) in addition to recognizing the importance of product development, while the importance of research in helping the Iraqi industrial sector to benefit from the adoption of e-purchasing requirements and to promote those requirements in the development of the product, And then put up topics that encourage the industrial sector in general and the management of the plant in particular to promote the new and adopt new topics as the current research ground to raise the subject to stand in front of negatives and beyond in subsequent studies and this study differs from similar studies in highlighting the positive aspects as this study stands together to convey the image on the basis of the conclusions reached by the research, a number of recommendations were made. The most important of these recommendations are: The management of the factory should make changes in its methods of software and introducing modern systems that reduce the routine of the uncle Paper as well as enhanced electronic information network between workers on the one hand and between customers and suppliers on the other hand to impose control over the business environment and keep up with all new.
