Abstract

The research dealt with the issue of trade exchange between the two countries (Iraq and Turkey) after the year (2003) and the events that took place in the aforementioned year at the level of the two countries. For Iraq, it was occupied by the American forces and the destruction that the structure of the Iraqi economy left behind, and as for Turkey, it was also affected by this The occupation is a result of the great losses suffered by the Turkish economy and its various companies due to the interruption of commercial exchanges between the two countries, as the mentioned exchange volume reached 870 million dollars in (2003), then this amount increased to (13) billion dollars in (2013). This increase in the volume of trade between me The two countries, the trade balance is conducted only for the benefit of Turkey, at a rate of (100%) and from (2003) to the year (2019) .Moreover, the fields and fields that were included in the commercial exchanges were numerous and were not limited to commodities and goods, but also included crude oil, natural gas, investments, tourism and the transfer of hands. There are ways and mechanisms that helped achieve this, including clearing the problems and activating the agreements, treaties and protocols that were concluded and held between the two countries for the development and increase of the volume of trade exchange to reach (20) billion dollars according to what is declared by the officials of the two countries to reach any increase of (25%) from I had to E. The volume of trade exchange previously with the presence of future prospects in the two countries in order to establish joint projects that serve the economies of the two countries, especially the Iraqi economy, which suffers from a shortage in most of the necessary goods that it imports from Turkey and others.
