Abstract ِِABSTRACT
This study aims to analyzing the impact of the mixed marketing, servicing and tourists on the perceived image by the tourists in the five stars hotels, the study has arrived at several conclusions that are mainly as follows;
- the sample of study are satisfied in general regarding the hotel services rendered to them.
- The availability of relationship between the elements of mix of marketing and servicing jointly(the quality of the service,price ,distribution ,promotion ,physical environment) and the perceived image by the tourists
- There is significant statistical effect of the elements of mix of marketing and servicing on the perceived image by the tourists
Some recommendations are suggested to decision makers

The aim of this research on the theme of thought and application to evalution the level of the transfer of knowledge workers in the North Oil Company. It was designed to identify and distributed to the production and administrative departments and bodies in the company. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods (frequency distributions, percentages, and the community and the accounting standard deviation) and a need to upgrade the research managers and executives discussed the company `s human resources, especially the importance of knowledge management and transformation in light of their objectives and the development of the company `s personnel and cultivate the skills, and expertise as a resource rich in the company.

The administrative corruption phenomena become one of the most public phenomena which used widely in many contraries this subject had been studied by many researchers who had been searching for the reasons that motivate to use administrative corruption this study aims to determine the forms of administrative corruption in public sector & the existing , growth& deployment reasons economic effective& treatment providences, attempt to prove that administrative corruption had social costs that negative affect in development averages , equity distributive of nation income, negative effective in assigning efficiency economic resources.

The development of inter-Arab trade considered the main objectives which sought to achieve most of the programs and plans for Arab economic integration, in a world full of blocs and economic organizations seeking to serve their peoples despite the cultural distance among them, the Free Trade Area of the Greater Arab was a reflection of the method of gradual trade liberalization. It is also compatible with WTO rules, taking advantage of the grace periods of global economic integration
Hence the objective of this research to demonstrate the role of inter-Arab trade in the promotion of Arab economic integration, noting the problems encountered this integration of structural problems represented by the weakness of the productive structures in addition to political and ideological differences and non-tariff restrictions and requirements, specifications and administrative constraints, which govern it, the assumption that Arab countries will not be able to face international economic blocs unless there is harmony and homogeneity, and to become an active economic power , and that bilateral trade is the best way to achieve this.

The Intellectual capital considers as a center subject of an interest of the different economical units in the purpose of its existence and of continuance of its activities where these units faced a difficulty in measuring the Intellectual capital of it , especially the industrial units.
This considers a big challengence for it since the necessity for the information , especially this which concerned with a rost determination and what it a chieves from returns and information which concerning with its importance (the importance and quality in these units) and what the proper methods for its measurement process to diagnose the most difficulties which required to face them by the accountants for its measurement process because of the measurements presently adopted as a debatable subject by the accountants especially these challengences which concerned with measurement of Intellectual capital that refers to the capital nature.
In addition to the accountants do not have a complete knowledge to these units in how it measured because:
- it is un material.
- The difficulty in determination its value accuralty.
- Sometimes it does not measurable directly.

This study approached to acknowledge the ability of now adays system in typing partment in the general company for drugs and medical equipments industries samaraa. In comprehencing the correspondence and massage of management and listingushing the number of type writers which are needed to be provided to enhance the capability of the department and showing the importance and the usefulness of the mathematical style in studding the problems that caused by such circumstances in daing so it was possible to adopt some at the mathematical equvelances that are should through the details of the reacarch . to enhance the ability of typing in addition to this , the general company can enhance and enrich the level of developing the department by increasing the ability of the workers.

The current paper aims to shed light on the major contributions of the famous two pioneers in quality culture at all companies of the world. It also shows the convert of classical ideas in quality management towards the philosophy of TQM .Different sides of thinking have been indicated . The study also covered the major contributions of both authors .
The dilemma was shown in the possibility of introducing a paradigm ingather the Deming's and Juran's philosophies . The paper decided a major target in contact with the proposed paradigm and the factors of success . The paper concluded into the possibility of exploring the strength points of both philosophies to gain the totality of quality management .
