Abstract
The aim of this research on the theme of thought and application to evalution the level of the transfer of knowledge workers in the North Oil Company. It was designed to identify and distributed to the production and administrative departments and bodies in the company. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods (frequency distributions, percentages, and the community and the accounting standard deviation) and a need to upgrade the research managers and executives discussed the company `s human resources, especially the importance of knowledge management and transformation in light of their objectives and the development of the company `s personnel and cultivate the skills, and expertise as a resource rich in the company.
