Abstract Abstract
The objective of the is research to determine the role and contribution of modern techniques in increasing the competitive advantage of organizations and as we know, the development and scientific advances have created many of the modern techniques and productivity means, which encouraged organizations to adapt these modern techniques to keep up with the developments and maintain the competitive advantage. Taking all that into consideration, the problem of this research is represented by the dependence of the organization under question on classic techniques instead of using modern techniques and means in production processes and lines which might prevent the organization from holding a competitive advantage. The significance of this research becomes evident in drawing attention of the management of the organization under question to the importance of modern productivity means for their capability of achieving advantages and benefits and saving time and efforts and because they have excellence capabilities to perform work. The research assumes that adapting modern techniques in production of goods and providing services contributes in achieving many advantages for organization under question. The research depended on questionnaire as a main tool to collect the data and information needed, the questionnaire was prepared based on a set of researches and studies in this area and the questionnaire was distributed on a sample group of engineers in the organization and then the data was analyzed on computers to reach the results and infer the conclusions and then put a set of suggestions which can be employed by the organization under research.

Talking about the importance of environmental quality represent extravagance over many countries levels, especially developing countries, until seventh decade period of last century, which witnessed convene united nations environment conference in Stockholm in 1972, but a lot of common ideas about suitability between economic development and environment protection were changed.
The environment has very important for many international organizations , so increased the important of environmental performance planning and determining its dimensions , to facilitate the process of environment performance measurement and compare it with planned ,and declare about environment performance to reach whole evaluation of environmental performance, based on this situation , the importance and goals of research begin with support the competitive situation of organization , and to appearance the efficiency of environmental performance plans and execute it, measure and evaluate the environmental performance to reach the activation of environment performance evaluation fields .

Abstract In this research the production function for Barly crop was studied for ar and dom sample in Tikrit, the optimum production mounted to (583) kqldonm by using (11) worker day , and by using 48858 din , the optimum acreaqe mountel to (10) donumthe Nerlove model was applied for series time, by using various variables affectin the acreaqe of this crop, and it was found that . the framers had no ability to endur price risk, it was recommend in this researse to use optimume quantities of Labor, and Capitale in order to maimize the profit , and by usinq the optimume acreaqe, and also it was re commended to rise the price of purchasiny of this crop and usinq modern technoloqy in cultivation this crop in order to and eap the cultivation of this Crop vertical and hori ZentaL

Since ancient times, the phenomenon of corruption in societies was appeared. The corruption in societies not limited to people without the other, or country or culture without the other, It’s vary in size between the community and another. In spite of the presence of corruption in most societies, however, that the environment is associated with some types of political regimes, authoritarianism and dictatorship Regimes encourages the emergence and spread of the phenomenon of corruption in society. While, this corruption was decreased in democratic regimes that basis in the foundations of respect for human rights and public freedoms, transparency and accountability and the rule of law. This research deals with the phenomenon of corruption, economic and social impacts that affect the development plans in various communities through three sections. The first section dealt with the general framework of the phenomenon of corruption. He touched on the second section dealt with to the economic and social implications. Abstract Islamic banks have occupied a distinguished position among banks operating in the same sector, especially after the indicators created by the financial crisis at the end of the year (2008), Which proved the success of the work of these banks, including its underlying principles and foundations are compatible with the provisions of the Shariah-compliant manner, In light of the developments in the banking sector, the study tried to assess the performance of Islamic banks through the use of complex financial analysis based on the use of two tools: (financial analysis using financial ratios) and (analysis of change and the general trend on the basis of the base year); For judging the performance of these banks and the efficiency of management in the management of financial resources optimally, and to achieve economic and social objectives in light of various developments taking place in these banks.
The study sample consisted by (the Iraqi Islamic Bank) and (Jordan Islamic Bank), in an attempt to analyze the financial statements of these banks for the period (2000-2008) , Has been introduced to study in two sections deal with the first section an introduction to financial analysis and Islamic banking and related concepts in each, the second section dealt with an analysis of the financial statements of the Bank of the Iraqi Islamic and compared to analyze the financial statements the Bank's Jordan Islamic using financial instruments that have been mentioned previously.
The study found that Islamic banks if they want to achieve the economic and social objectives and in line with that and the fundamentals of their field, it is necessary to have a role of great decision making and financial policies and future plans, and strengthening the position of these banks in the communities working in it, as well as the use of financial instruments provided by the financial analysis in order to reach the goals that seek to achieve.

Abstract The study sought to the development of accounting education in response to developments occurring in the world to incorporate the accounting department in the college of Management and Economics at the University of Mosul, in the context of universities in the world through the adoption of quality of higher education by providing technology and accounting software and supplies, equipment and facilities in the department and with the assistance of management of the Section by providing the necessary requirements for the application of for the preparation of quality education outputs (graduates) working in a changing environment and evolving in the local labor market and globally.

Abstract This study deals with the topic of performance for the university instructors and fortification him from corruption status, which may results from exceptional circumstances to pass onto the country and how virtuous of performance affect by many such factors. Where virtuous instructor contribute to setup virtuous university which adopt educative and administrative system to fortification it's students and stuffs against any type or forms of corruption , this idea came from it's responsibility feeling in creating capable virtuous governmental stuff .In this study the above idea was applied to a sample of instructors taken from Baghdad, Kirkuk and Al-Torath natives university college, for this purposes the questionnaire designed containing some factors by following up may keep instructor's virtuous. The most important results of the study is that in spite of exceptional circumstance, Iraqi instructors still keeping their performance , and this may be forwarding through out following up concerning officials and applying special criteria concerning with scientific performance and encouraging field of activity in addition to providing some standard living requirements that may keeping sociality status for the Iraqi university instructors.

Abstract This research treats use of Kriging operation in predict operation in non-meassured areas , depending on meassured real data. we used real data in air pollution aspect by lead accumulating in Mosul city in (23) position. Since ,the distribution of data usually is not organized upon the map , so we transformed those data into organized net form for the sake of calculating semi indication of variogram and then apply the predict operation which is main aim of this research, Moreover, calculation of kriging variance and kriging estimator variance with total variance of pollution in Mosul city with confidence interval .Then we programmed all resultes of mathematical operation by Matlab language

The strength is defined as the ability of the component, a device or a material to accomplish its required mission satisfactorily without a failure when subject to the external loading and environment
