Abstract The current research Holds it the perceptions of theory and other applied contribute to expand the circle of thought and consideration to the idea of core competencies as part of the movement of knowledgewoos towards lay the foundations to build appropriate mechanisms to focus on the unique competencies and value and then work on investment, and generally tries to find the answer to the question follows:
What's the availability dimensions of the core competencies in the Alhokma company for the production of medicines and medical supplies?
The conclusions showed availability of land the cognitive and process to basic components of the core competencies arranged by their importance where occupied information technology the first rank in which ,while he was human capital ranked last.Depending on that made a number of recommendations including: In spite of the importance diagnosis of the core competencies and investing, but the most important is to work to sustain and care for these competencies.
Hoping to provide a modest add contribution in making Alhokma Company more interested ,investment and take care of the core competencies, and in a form that makes it a performance more of a edge and distinctive than it is now.

Abstract This study sought to measure the extent of availability of the entrance to the strategic thinking with administrative leaders in Oil Projects Company SCOP and Kiffa exercise deported by the study sample , and adopted the approach of descriptive and analytical style of the field study , also adopted on the premise head of one is there is a perception among administrative leaders in the Enterprise oil SCOP to the concept of strategic thinking , as well as assumptions sub- states on the availability of the ability of a sample study on the exercise of the dimensions of strategic thinking in order to reach the goals of the study and address its problems , was selected oil projects SCOP to be a society of the application side of the field of study , as well as tools Sub- like personal interviews , and analyzed by software package (SPSS) and the study found a group of the most important conclusions:
1 - The administrative leaders in the company surveyed do not have a precise clarity of the concept of strategic thinking.
2 - The administrative leaders in SCOP company has the ability to exercise the dimensions of strategic thinking.
As well as to propose a set of proposals that could enhance the positive aspects of the company SCOP sample study and address the negatives affecting them .

Abstract This study deals with a subject of great importance for different organizations, that is (Relationship organizational changing with job satisfaction), it aims to know both dimensions of the study, organizational changing and job satisfaction, as concept, targets, reasons and elements, as well as knowing if there is a relation of statistical indication with in the two dimensions, hypotheses is has been drafted to achieve targets and directions of the study, field information required have been collected using questionnaire prepared for this purpose, the stability and credibility of the questionnaire have been approved, it is distributed to random sample of employees in Technical Institute of Kirkuk.
The study found a significant relation having statistical indication between the organizational changing and job satisfaction .
In the light of the result above, the study suggested the following recommendations or proposals:
1- The need for attention of business organizations about organizational changing and job satisfaction .
2- The need for organization to make changes to all components taking into account the reflection of the changes to job satisfaction of the employees.

Abstract The current research aims to cast a light on the role of personal characteristics of entrepreneurs in promoting organizational performance , on this basis has been building model reflect the nature of the relationship between the variables of research which represents the independent entrepreneurs personal characteristics, while the dependent represent the organizational performance, and the foundation of research ideas on the floor of the theory of variables through the use of arab and foreign sources relevant, the side of the field (applied) adopted a questionnaire prepared for this purpose, it distributed to department managers and production lines in birth clothing factory in Mosul, the research found a set of the most important conclusions then offering a set of recommendations to the factory to help evoke the idea of research.

Abstract The study seeks to take advantage of the value engineering approach to development the management organize of the Mosul University faculties, the study problem was focus on the development of formations (division, unit), by Estimate the generated value for each formation in order to give shape appropriate to formations according to generated value degree, in addition to addressing the formations destructive of value, has been selected colleges of the Mosul University ( 23) College as a study society, Researcher officially commissioned to conduct the study, the answer hypothesis to the study problems are the formations form not commensurate with the value generated from these formations, As a result the lack of continued scrutiny of the generated benefit level.
Has been adoption the content analysis as a method for the study, through access to the data and the official books that relate to organize for all the Mosul University faculties, As well as formal interviews, and the meetings were held with the deans and associate scientific and associate managing in all colleges, also has been used questionnaire for assessing the relative importance of the formations.
Has been to take advantage of the value engineering approach to address the problems referred through the application of practical steps supported by analyzes statistical and depending on the fuzzy logic technology, the study has emerged several conclusions, the most important rating formations between division and unity, and to propose merging some formations, and the separation of other and conducting refinement and development of other formations, with a reconsideration of the links between these formations, and re- content functions duties and functions of each formation , a way that ensures removal of duplication and conflict, the study has emerged proposal atypical organizational structure to the management processes for all Mosul university faculties .

Abstract The research seeks to shed light on the modern concepts emerged as a result of developments in the third millennium of information and communications technology and networks, especially wireless, such as using mobile smartphone or cell phone and tablet devices and PDAs .. because the technology phones and mobile health care, which began its applications are increasing in health organizations in many countries of the world and in order to address the phenomena are the problems of processing of health data and medical records management and waste of time and the use of technology, information and communications traditional and increase the cost of providing health care services to stimulate researchers conduct current research on framing theoretical concepts of modern technology phones and mobile health care and practical framework to test hypotheses of the relationship and the influence of the two variables, as data were collected from 40 individuals representing a sample of research and adoption of the tool is the president of the questionnaire that was analyzed paragraphs to reach important conclusions emphasize the importance of the use of mobile technology that enhance the provision of health care services

Abstract The research aims to highlight the role Performed who the residual income model in rationalizing financing and investment decisions, and increase the wealth of informatics for traders in the capital market through the evaluating common stock in order to reach intrinsic value, as well as test the suitability of the model mentioned for the application in Iraqi market for securities and achieve the objectives of the research and testing hypotheses sample was chosen intentionally comprised of ten companies from corporate banking sector traded stocks in the Iraqi market for securities so as to the accuracy of the data and the continued trading of its shares on the market and the search reached several conclusions was the most important of which in the possibility of relying on the results of the residua income model to be based upon the reference when making financial and investment decisions with respect to the banking sector companies in the Iraqi market for securities

Abstract The study aimed to identify the extent of the commitment of the Iraqi banks of the study sample to the principle of accounting disclosure in the presentation of items of financial statements with respect to item receivables and provision for doubtful debts, which appear in the list of the budget on the grounds that the budget is one of the most important financial statements prepared by the banks. It is then the statement following the two items on the results of the financial analysis in order to achieve the objective of this study was divided into two banks each category contradictory for the other category in the presentation of the receivables and provision for doubtful debts. The first category, as the inclusion of accounts receivable, net, while the second category offer debtors the totals. Has been amended financial statements for each category to be consistent with the other category and then use the method of analysis of financial ratios so dependent on five financial ratios to indicate the impact on the financial results of the analysis. The study found a number of the most important results was that all of the accounts receivable and provision for doubtful debts has changed increases and decreases, which impact on the ratios used in the analysis. And finally, "and not least" has recommended the study a set of recommendations, which was the most important obligation of Iraqi banks to follow the same method, approaches and contexts in the presentation of items of financial statements and especially my budget, income and labor to conduct further studies on the remaining items, and other items so as to indicate whether there is a difference in way view the articles or not.

The use of business intelligence in the field of business administration helps to make the right decisions, especially that there are many fields for the application of business intelligence which determine the profitability of products.
And apply business intelligence in the enterprise through the software works to bring data from different sources (databases, Word files, Excel files, PDF files ... etc.) and analysis in order to submit a presentation better decision makers, in addition to providing an easy way to monitor performance within the company.

Abstract Iraq has became more vulnerable countries of environmental pollution due to wars experienced by the country, as well as the presence of many factories, petrochemical and oil and gas to the ravages of pollution of the environment, this is the direction of the civilized world is now a revolution to combat the effects of pollution, because man is the most expensive creature and kids are the substrate on which depends the development of societies, which must take care of them.
It is natural that these factors combined lead to the emergence of many cases of epidemic and deformed births in the research focus has been squarely on the increased birth defects in Iraq in general Amos Kurdistan region through the database provided by the department of the ministry of health and collected for 2012 , factor analysis has been applied to see if by what affects birth defects in Iraq like parents age , chronic diseases of the mother a, parents job maintain exposure to radiation, mother abuse treatment affects pregnancy ,and to find out any provinces clustered early if a certain percentage of the birth of deformed children and showed results close to the provinces despite the divergence of geography and the different customs and traditions, and both Mosual and Anbar are highest on terms of distortions defects.
