Abstract
The current research aims to cast a light on the role of personal characteristics of entrepreneurs in promoting organizational performance , on this basis has been building model reflect the nature of the relationship between the variables of research which represents the independent entrepreneurs personal characteristics, while the dependent represent the organizational performance, and the foundation of research ideas on the floor of the theory of variables through the use of arab and foreign sources relevant, the side of the field (applied) adopted a questionnaire prepared for this purpose, it distributed to department managers and production lines in birth clothing factory in Mosul, the research found a set of the most important conclusions then offering a set of recommendations to the factory to help evoke the idea of research.
