Abstract

This study sought to measure the extent of availability of the entrance to the strategic thinking with administrative leaders in Oil Projects Company SCOP and Kiffa exercise deported by the study sample , and adopted the approach of descriptive and analytical style of the field study , also adopted on the premise head of one is there is a perception among administrative leaders in the Enterprise oil SCOP to the concept of strategic thinking , as well as assumptions sub- states on the availability of the ability of a sample study on the exercise of the dimensions of strategic thinking in order to reach the goals of the study and address its problems , was selected oil projects SCOP to be a society of the application side of the field of study , as well as tools Sub- like personal interviews , and analyzed by software package (SPSS) and the study found a group of the most important conclusions:
1 - The administrative leaders in the company surveyed do not have a precise clarity of the concept of strategic thinking.
2 - The administrative leaders in SCOP company has the ability to exercise the dimensions of strategic thinking.
As well as to propose a set of proposals that could enhance the positive aspects of the company SCOP sample study and address the negatives affecting them .
