Abstract The research touched on the role of civil society organizations in the development of crafts and handicrafts in Iraq, acquainted with the trades and handicrafts, and the role of civil society organizations in supporting and strengthening the competitive position of these industries and their role in the absorption of unemployment and alleviating economic and social problems resulting therefrom.
The research adopted a descriptive approach to the variables of civil society organizations in terms of youth development and concept, also addressed the search and handicraft industries in terms of concept, characteristics and importance.
Search resulted in a set of conclusions and proposals which we hope will contribute to upgrading the performance of civil society organizations and upgrading by industries and handicrafts.

Abstract The current research seeks to explain the impact of some demographic characteristics in customer loyalty, and As for the concept of customers loyalty has a vital role to related many organization is considerable to achieve competitive advantages ,so there research is adopted the subject demographic characteristics in the field study an explained variables represented (gender - age - academic achievement) and customers loyalty as a responsive variable ,The researchers were assume an hypothetical plan for the research that reflect the nature of effect between the demographic characteristics and its loyalty .The researchers put some of main hypothesis which tested by using (SPSS.11) program for the gathered data from the questionnaire that gained from some of customers mobile phone users in the city of Mosul The research find some conclusions ,the most important one is: There is a significant effect between demographic characteristics and customers loyalty.

Abstract Received artificial intelligence recently received wide attention by decision makers in industry companies as the interest in this intelligence to pay a lot of companies to adopt as a key strategy to enhance performance and ensure growth and to continue them, as the most important requirements for this feature is to achieve high levels of quality and that these high levels Quality is achieved through special attention to the knowledge of special called (artificial intelligence)

Abstract The research aimed to measuring and analyzing the capability of the process in order to stand on the possibility of the process to achieve design specifications "or so-called customer requirements." Where the research relying in the measurement and analysis of the process capability on the indicators capability process that it calls the " Capability Indexes" . where the researcher measured capability process for the production of plastic pipes to withdraw (20) samples (k) and every subgroup consisting of (4) parts (n) drawn over time of shit for a month period . Data were analyzed for the purpose of finding the mean, range and control limits the upper and lower of the process, and then mapping the middle and range to see the controlling process condition, and the computing of process capability and graphic curve of normal distribution of the process as well as find the index process capability to judge the status of the operation. The research found that the process is under control, but the process is not capability. The researcher proposed to reduce variation process to search for the causes of deviation process, whether the common cause of (random variation which is normal in the design process itself) or a special cause (non -random variation, which can be attributed to causes assign ability such as poor raw material, lack of experience and skill individual worker, or inappropriate environmental conditions or no making the procedures of appropriated ) .

Abstract The stability of the revenue is an important goal for conservatives investors because they make their income under way with limited risk, hence the main objective of this research in the quest to build and manage the portfolio from shares of listed companies in the Iraqi stock exchange using scientific approaches in building a portfolio and set strategic procurement and retention in management, a sample has been selected and based upon the reality of Views monthly ( 14 ) companies in different sectors for the period from January 2008 until December 2012 . The research came out a set of conclusions . the most important is to keep securities for a long time , and to achieve a return similar to the market portfolio return , and the risk is less than the risk of the market portfolio.

Abstract Companies are now beginning to realize that traditional costing and accounting methods may conflict with the lean initiatives, which they are trying to implement. Consequently, the study aims to clarify the requirements of adopting lean thinking concepts and principles in terms of new cost management and accounting system. In addition, the study applied Value Stream Costing VSC as a new Management and cost accounting tools in Family Company for the production of Food. The results of the study indicated that implementing a lean accounting approach have simplified the accounting processes and eliminated some of the inventory tracking and overhead allocations. The study recommends the importance of renewal and development of accounting practices, in order to fit with the modern manufacturing environment. Moreover, provide information that may differ from those required by the traditional manufacturing environment.

The research aimed at studying and analyzing the united monetary currency, the hurdles facing its application, and the mechanisms to overcome them. The research starts from a hypothesis that; adopting united monetary currency has its positive reflections on the economies of the Arab Gulf countries, but this is conditioned with the gathering of the economic monetary indicators. As well as to the impacts of this project upon the economies of these countries .The research covered the period(2000-2008).
The research concluded with several conclusions the most important of them. The disparity of inflation rates and the in various production structures are regarded among the most important problems facing the united monetary currency. The researcher presented several suggestions which suit the conclusions of the research.

Abstract The main objective of this paper is modeling the time evolution of the number of children with upper respiratory tract infection (URT) in the governorates of Sulaymaniyah and relying on monthly data for the period (2005-2011). The results of the analysis showed that the appropriate model is integrated moving average model of second-class ARIMA (0,1,2), and based on this model we can predicted to prepare children with upper respiratory tract infection (URT) per month and for the next five years and has been a consistent predictive values with the values of the original series which shows the efficiency of the model.
