Abstract

Conflict management is considered to be one of the most important subjects that started to impose itself on every managerial personnel in an organization. Moreover, managerial skills and the degree of effectiveness can be measures in many aspects by the degree of manager capability to manage and deal with these conflicts. In order to make the concept of conflict management successful and practical, it’s important to study different styles of conflict management and to select the proper style that suits the existing culture inside the organization. For that reason, it’s vital to pay attention to organizational culture and understand its importance.The purpose of this study is to investigate the knowledge frame of the organizational culture and the conflict management style and the relationship between them through constructing a questionnaire distributed among the academic nurse functioning in Sulaimany hospitals to find the correlation between the variables in order to examine the main and minor hypothesis. It’s concluded that, there is a significant relationship between the organizational culture inside Sulaimany hospitals and conflict management style.
