Abstract
The hospital service organization responsible for providing integrated health services, diagnostic, therapeutic, educational and research, and the hospital as a system administrator uses the human resources that are increasingly prepared Toakpa with technical and health progress. The increasing demand for health services for multiple factors most important wars and raised that challenge appears in front of hospital management and owners of nursing, which is an important element of that became interest in the moral spirit of the modern trends to gauge their reaction and conditions of physical and mental work, as essential elements of the stimulus, which aims to reduce the effects of emotions negative and positive emotions development of nursing staffs. The research aims to identify the degree and level of morale of the owners of nursing in Kirkuk General Hospital, depending on factors affecting represented by three factors (physical, psychological and organizational).To achieve the goals of this research and test the validity of hypotheses, there have been used questionnaire derived from modern ready measurements have been adapted to suit the Iraqi environment , and there have been (90) questionnaire distributed on the number of employees from the integrity commission , which represented the research sample where the research community number was (650) of employees from integrity commission in Kirkuk Hospital , and there have been statistical methods used to analyze and test hypotheses . The research revealed that the level the spirit of mortal among the integrity commission increased , and for the organizational citizenship behaviors was high level that the mangemant should invest it in achieving the objectivities of the hospital. The researches showed the dimensions impacts in the spirit of moral except for after the control system in the body which has had a significant impact. It was recommended by research.
