Abstract
The deals with identification operation fitting model for the dynamic system it is one of the critical issues, and become identification operation more complication and difficulty in the states non-stationary dynamic system, this system appear for workpeople in different scientific field whether in medicine as system work breast or wateriness armory and sea motion system and other than.
