Abstract

Gained the attention of today's information systems, most of the business organizations in the world to the tune of a positive role in Reduce the time and effort and cost to be borne by those organizations. The ERP system is one of these systems, the most advanced system being planned and controlled all the resources of the organization through a unified database and help them reach the best decisions, the system depends on a set of requirements that would check the effective application of him. On this basis, the current study sought to determine the applicability of the requirements of ERP system in the North Oil Company through a prospective study in which analytical, and included as part of a comprehensive study noted the following questions: 1- Does the company have researched the idea of a well-defined system requirements for resource planning organization ERP? 2-Are there relationship between the dimension of the organization ERP system requirements ERP? In order to answer these questions, the researcher has adopted the resolution on the form as the main tool to collect data and information in the field of study, as well as tools Sub personal interviews and field visits were analytical by software package SPSS and the study found a total of conclusions including: A- The study found that there are significant correlation between the dimensions of the requirements of ERP system in total. B- The study revealed a weakness in the communication process in the company researched. The study found a number of recommendations including: the need to provide sophisticated communication system and is able to transfer data and information between all functions of the organization very quickly.Keywords:
