Abstract

The study dealt with the analysis and definition of the reality of the main ideas and quality assurance programs in the design work of the University of Dohuk. The study population consisted of administrative staff at the University of Dohuk and academics , the number of population sample is estimated about 70 individuals. Distributed questionnaires to them, and show that the number of forms and recoveries are valid for statistical analysis was (28) form, and analyzed using appropriate statistical tools. Where researchers used the questionnaire method to collect data from the primary sources for the study.The reality of quality assurance analysis by discussing quality applicable programs at the University of Dohuk and identify the most important difficulties facing the development of higher university education institutions outputs, and the researcher to recommendations that could contribute to the development of education institutions outputs in Dohuk University, through the development of a long-term strategic plan for university education, bots are programmed to achieve future goals. The University of Dohuk to continue planning for a good system inputs, and activation of scientific studies and research centers in order to support quality assurance programs currently in place to serve the rationalization of university decision.
