Abstract
This study sought to determine the relationship and the effect between some the human resource special the information characteristics to assist in evaluating the performance of this study and applied to a sample of individuals working at the Universities of Tikrit and Kirkuk .was developed hypotheses to achieve its objectives and orientation ,and distributed (110 ) on organization researched recovered(100 ) were tested hypotheses using correlation analysis and contrast for the diagnosis of correlation and the impact and integration urged to between variables surveyed, the research found asset of conclusion may of the most important: check the existence of relation and impact of significant correlation between some the human resource special the information characteristics to assist in evaluating the performance on organization researched, based on findings of the study, the researcher presented asset of proposals: it is necessary to develop the base of the human resources information to serve the strengthening of evaluation performance employees
