Abstract
The evaluation of the performance of educational organizations requires comprehensive and integrated parameters of financial indicators, non-financial performance evaluation and connectivity with that vision. Since the mission strategy has the main aspect of achieving the success of the education system. Accordingly, the system performance relies mainly on the basic criteria and indicators for measuring quality that has become insufficient to assess this performance in both short and long term. Furthermore, that has necessitated the introduction of the strategic dimension in the assessment to deal with the deficiencies in the control systems. Hence, in order to develop new methods to assess the performance of adopting of the strategy map, these tools have been all employed to address the target card.
