Abstract

The aim of this study is to reveals the impact of leadership styles on organizational innovation in the private sector banks to the Kurdistan Region .The study depends on descriptive and analytical methodize using the practical manner, study sample consists of employees amounted (134) . A major study finding that there is significant statistical impact of Laissez-Faire Leadership& Democratic leadership styles in organizational innovation , but not significant statistical impact of autocratic Leadership style in organizational innovation.
