Abstract

Addressed the subject of the message the direct and indirect effects of space irrigation on agricultural output growth in Iraq in general and Nineveh province in particular, as the agricultural output of the most obvious indicators and an expression of the agricultural economic activity and the agricultural Domestic Product (GDP) in Iraq of strategic crops grown on land rain-fed and irrigated not up to high levels in comparison with neighboring countries or countries with agricultural science that Iraq from rich agricultural resources of the land and water .... etc. But the agriculture policies led to the lowest levels, since Iraq is suffering from a lack of production and inability to meet the basic needs of food and agricultural goods, and that the methods of raising agricultural Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate is the interest in modern Baltqanat methods of quench and improved seeds, fertilizers, machinery and sophisticated machines, in addition to the attention of irrigation projects that will bring stability and non-volatility of vital strategic crop production (Wheat particularly grains in general) and by the fact that irrigation areas, according to research hypothesis is influential direct the growth of agricultural output rates (wheat crop a model) in Iraq and Nineveh province in particular, the research aims to find out the influencing variables directly on the agricultural output growth (wheat crop a model) In general Iraq and Nineveh in particular province for the period 2000-2014, the results of the benchmark analysis showed that the irrigation areas have a direct impact on agricultural output, with an increase of these spaces is increasing agricultural output of the land irrigated, either for other variables were of indirect effects such as prices and fertilizer so it was It has to be attention to projects of irrigation and modern irrigation methods in irrigated agriculture to increase the rates of growth of agricultural output of strategic crops, in particular, stability and reduce volatility in its production rates.Key word: spase ivrigation of agricultural, out put growth
