Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of the learning organization characteristics in enhancing the quality of banking services in selected banks group, as it included research on a sample of (42) employees working in banks, research sample and flying of model Default take into account the nature and dimensions of the relationship between learning organization characteristics of variables and the quality of banking service, and guided by this model was built two assumptions major from which a group of sub-hypotheses, and testing has been relying on a A set of statistical methods in the program )spss) program methods and study reached important conclusions which prove hypotheses and propose a set of recommendations that focus on the role of the learning organization characteristics in promoting quality Banking service in the surveyed banks.
