Abstract

E- Management is one important topics which received considerable attention from various organizations in developed and developing countries, as it has been addressed in the context of the possibility of the development of information systems for transaction processing as an essential step for apply the E-management . The problem of the paper centered on the need to take advantage of technological developments in support of the concept of E- Management as transaction processing systems based on computer . This paper depend on case study approach. Nineveh province center for training as a case study. The aim of this Paper is to design and implement a computerized system for transaction processing focuses on operation of daily transactions, store and process operational data will be the adoption of a software package (Microsoft SQL Server 2008) and take advantage of them in the design and implementation of the system and relying on the foundations for sound scientific in the design and implementation of systems information and employment commensurate with the needs of the organization. The paper found that there was a willingness in the surveyed for the apply of the proposed system in the organization. According to obtained results of interviews conducted by the researcher and observation there are necessary hardware, software and procedures for apply the proposed system and the most important proposals the case study organization to be able effectively and efficiency to practice its activities must have successfully growing interest of computerized information systems and give it a key role in the completion of daily transactions.
