Abstract
The research seeks to diagnose and effect relationship of the internal environment in the strategic planning of the Department of Health Kirkuk success through a survey of employees in the said department. And adopted the approach of applied research on the results of the questionnaire harbor were distributed (100) form. Has been collecting data from key sources of information using search and analysis by statistical software tool (SPSS), LESERAL ) (Excel Microsoft),The researcher concluded there is a consensus and acceptance by the research sample the existence of factors (top management support, resources, participation of employees, organizational commitment) in health, there will be success in strategic planning. Proposes a study on the effect of the internal environment in the success of strategic planning in health organizations at the level of the Iraqi Ministry of Health.
