Abstract
The total quality management obtains the interesting of most business organizations because it can affect in the production of products to match the specification of the Global Manufacturing to give the customers what they prefers and their needs, it can make those organizations as Leading organizations in the competitive market; From this point on, the study aim to explain the affect of the total quality management on the increasing sales during a field study in The Kronja company for soft drinks in the province of Kirkuk . After reviewing the company's work, It has been collecting data based on questionnaire and analyzed them by statistical program ( SPSS), The study reached a number of conclusions and recommendations which fit the nature of the company's work.
