Abstract

This study aims to detect the relationship between creativity marketing and positioning and that her problem formula weak position the organization in mind customers and identified a number of questions was the most important, how the application of marketing creativity in the field of telecommunications service, in the Asiacell? The study was conducted on a sample of (115) customer subscribers in Asiacell mobile telecommunications, center Salah Al-Din province, and the study used a form questionnaire as the chairperson collection data, and has sought to test a number of hypotheses main and branch on the relationships of the Correlation and effect relationships between the variables of the study in order to processing many of the data used statistical methods and results were extracted using the software Minitab.The study found a set of conclusions, including: the existence of a relation correlation and the effect of morale among the variables of the study. The study also provided a set of recommendations, perhaps the most important: the company researched that interested elements of marketing creativity and doubling the interest in the (pricing, promotion, distribution personnel, and service delivery process).
