Abstract
This study aimes to identify the role of Servant leadership with its dimensions (Empowering and developing people - Humility – Authenticity - Interpersonal acceptance - Providing directions- Stewardship) in achieving job involvement of teaching staffs at the University of Sulaiman. The Theoretical concepts were written after reviewing the literature and the study models and hypothesis were built according to Servant leadership dimensions and Job involvement dimensions. The questionnaire was designed to collect data and measurement standards was developed using the random sampling method، the questionnaire forms was distributed to the study sample represented by the teachers in the different colleges of Sulaimani University. Several statistical techniques were used including statistical Cronbach's alpha and arbitrators to ensure the honesty and consistency، Pearson correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed the existence of a positive relationship between the variables and the effect of varying proportions. Based on the results، a number of recommendations were presented which are related to the necessity of managers and leaders following the servant leadership dimensions in order to achieving job involvement by the teaching staffs. Many suggestions were also offered to the other corporate and suggestions for the future study also inserted in this field.
