Abstract
The present study aimed to identify the role of strategic foresight and organizational excellence, according to the perspective of the strategic flexibility through the relationship between these variables impact analysis. And was named the health sector in the province of Kirkuk field of study and testing hypotheses, was adopted as a tool head of the questionnaire form in the collection of data relating to the field side of the study and the total sample size (95). Was reached to a set of conclusions that is the most important strategic exploring the link and moral effect relationship in both organizational excellence, and strategic flexibility. As well as a correlation between the moral and the impact of strategic flexibility and organizational excellence relationship. The study concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals.
