Evaluating Procedures of Health and Safety Occupational for a number of Industrial Organizations in the Duhok province A prospective study of the opinions of a sample of Employers

Abstract
The research aims to procedures of Health and Safety Occupational for a number of Industrial Organizations in the Duhok province ,to determine the concordance and the gap between the actual procedures and instructions Health and Safety Occupational No. (22) for the year (1987) and the prevailing, which are awarded on the basis of work permit organizations. The theoretical side of the search was written by taking advantage of the literature of the subject, the practical side of the search has been through field visits and interviews with ,Managers and inspectors in the Directorate of Labor in the province of Duhok, Employers and workers, was the use of the checklist and distributed to employers by the surveyed organizations (50) List. Through the statistical procedures to research, found a set of conclusions, including: The results of the overall evaluation of the instructions was in which the general application rate (1.2) It is mean applied to any extent, and the Search presented a set of proposals, including: Apply the health and safety occupational procedure In spite of the need to amend and re-drafting of the paragraphs to suit the requirements of the current era.
