Abstract

The research aims to procedures of Health and Safety Occupational for a number of Industrial Organizations in the Duhok province ,to determine the concordance and the gap between the actual procedures and instructions Health and Safety Occupational No. (22) for the year (1987) and the prevailing, which are awarded on the basis of work permit organizations. The theoretical side of the search was written by taking advantage of the literature of the subject, the practical side of the search has been through field visits and interviews with ,Managers and inspectors in the Directorate of Labor in the province of Duhok, Employers and workers, was the use of the checklist and distributed to employers by the surveyed organizations (50) List.
