Abstract
The current research aims to provide a theoretical and practical framework that tests the correlation and influence between management information systems and crisis management to determine the role of MIS in enhancing the ability of organizations to manage and respond to crises that may be exposed to them. A questionnaire was used to collect data for a class sample of (44) managers and unit officers. The research hypotheses were tested using SPSS statistics. The results indicated that there was a correlation and a significant effect between the research dimensions and the research findings and proposals were formulated in such a way that the organization is able to cope with the rapid developments of the times in the dynamic environment in which it lives.
