Abstract

The research aims to identify the extent to which the internal departments’ quality standards are applied and their impact on students’ satisfaction, as it tried to provide a clear vision on the theoretical side and clear answers on the field side regarding its variables. The research was chosen for the internal departments of the Faculty of Medicine - University of Tikrit, the research community. The statistic using the statistical program (SPSS.24), which was obtained through the answers of a sample of students, consisting of (50) students, using the questionnaire under the Triangular Likert scale.The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: that there is a good level of application of internal departments quality standards, which contributed positively to increasing the level of student satisfaction, and the most important contribution to its impact on the level of student satisfaction was the maintenance standard through rapid response to it. Based on the conclusions reached by the research, the researchers presented a set of proposals, perhaps the most important of which are: the need to direct the attention of the management of the researched internal departments to the periodic and continuous maintenance of cooling and heating devices for students, health facilities, and rapid response in the event of malfunctions.
