Abstract
The research aims to show the role of information technology capabilities in achieving organizational success in the technical institute - Mosul, and to achieve this an electronic questionnaire was designed, as (70) were distributed to a number of individuals working in the institute, and the research found a significant correlation between Information technology capabilities and organizational success, and the research presented proposals, including providing an effective work environment in the organization focusing on information technology capabilities and through which the organization is able to achieve organizational success by providing information that contributes to making decisions that support performance in various departments and organizational units.
