Abstract

The research seeks to release the reality of the health service and its relationship to influence the design and dimensions of strategy formulation processes exploratory application on a sample of workers in the health department of Kirkuk. And adopted the approach of applied research on the results of the questionnaire to a sample of (80) are distributed to the Director General and his staff and the heads of departments, divisions and units.
