Abstract

This paper provides a clear evidence to verify the impact of organizational justice on the academic work pressure. The importance of this paper lies in two categories of studying and analyzing the essence of the satisfactions of organizational justice in terms of it is affecting on employees during their work and how do they feel the level of pressure putting on their duties. Moreover, how far these consequences of the work pressure will be effect the production and performance. The aim of this study goes to identify the satisfactions and how well they feel financially rewarded of academic staff from Tikrit University. The questionnaire paper was searching to address two questions, which are:
1- Which level of organizational justice they have reached at University of Tikrit.
2-What is the level have they putting under in terms of work pressure at University of Tikrit.
The data have been collected from 22 instructor's staff of the faculty of administration and economics at university of Tikrit. The Survey methodology was focusing on main criteria's such as number of teaching hours and it is fairness related to paid fees and job promotion by the department. Accordingly, the parameters that have been used in this paper are statistical tools such as, the factor analysis of Cronbach's Alpha affirmative, the mean and standard deviation, the coefficient of simple correlation (Pearson) and multiple regression analysis. The results have shown that justice can play a significant role of decreasing the level of work pressure.
